BAKASURA

Bakasura like many of you when we heard the name we wondered what it meant, Then we found out that bakasura is an ancient demon  who used to take everybody's food, but the modern BAKASURA was created to give back the delicious food and serve it with love .

This restaurant serves food that will help you taste Andhra culture . This is our 2nd time dining at bakasura and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The food is simply  delicious .

For Starters we had

Miryala puttagodugula vepudu a delicious mushroom pepper fry that is juicy and spicy but has a very distinct flavor.

Jeedipappu Kodi pakodi it's a cashew chicken pakora the freshly ground spices makes this dish a memorable one .

Kakatiya mamsam: this is a Telangana style mutton fry that holds quite a amount of spice and has a lot of flavours.

Bangala Kodi :where boneless chicken pieces are stuffed in potato pockets. This is one of the dish that I look forward to eat when I visit the place again.

For main course:

Royyala iguru:Royallu Iguru is a sea food curry recipe fromAndhra where fresh prawns are cooked in onions and Indian spices!

Gongura mamsam: gongura is a leafy vergetable used widely in Andra cuisine and has a slightly sour tatse this dish was one of the best!!

Disclaimer: it's best eaten with rice.

Nellore riyaz kunda biriyani mutton: This was a little extra spicy if you love spicy food this is definitely for you.
