Make your life healthier with Detoxification

Detoxification is nothing but getting rid of harmful waste from your body, so you feel amazing inside out.
Every day, every minute you are surrounded by 'N' number of toxins which can affect your body. Like they say, every disease has a cure; all you need to do is seek it. Just that way there are various ways to detoxify the toxins in your body.
Personally, I feel the best way to stay away from these toxins, is water and you know it well too. at least 6-8 glasses of water in a day is must.
But just water is boring, isn't it? Here are few of my favorites fruit infused-water recipes that will help you to pep it up.

Fruit-infused water? You might be wondering what is it, well its nothing but detox water which is used for detoxification, you must have heard about it already, but never tried, so please try them now.
1.Lemon-Ginger infused-water

Ingredients:
Serves 1
2 lemons, medium
3 gingers
1 glass/jar of water
Add mint ( optional )
This one is the most effect of all, the infusion of lemon and ginger, helps to improve your metabolism also, strengthens your digestive system & prevents indigestion.
2.Lemon-mint infused-water

Ingridents:
serves 2
2 quarts water
2 lemon, sliced
2 tbsp lime juice
Springs of mint
There's no other better way to cleanse your body than this, recommended for weight loss purpose. Also, helps to boost your body with natural electrolytes.
3.Blackberry-Orange infused-water

Ingredients:
serves 1
2 oranges, medium sized wedges
1 small bowl of blackberries
1 jar of water
Orange, loaded with vitamin C ,citric acid and vitamin rich blueberries gives you an amazing flavor boost while providing valuable nutrients.
4.Strawberry-lime-cucumber infused-water

Ingredients:
Serves 4
2 cucumber, large , sliced
8 strawberries, sliced into half
2 lemons, sliced
2 tbsp of lemon juice
This infusion of cucumber, mint & lemon, tastes so refreshing & bright, on the other side the strawberries give you a tiny touch of natural sweetness with valuable nutrients, it helps you to stay fresh and jazz up your day.
5.Sassy infused-water

Ingredients:
serves 3
2 cucumbers, large, sliced thin
3 lemons, sliced thin
1 ginger, finely chopped
springs of spearmint
This one is highly recommended for "Flat belly diet", it helps you to flush out all the toxins present in your body, keeps you healthy and fit.
Hey! do remember, these basic instructions for each recipes above:
-use fresh and clean ingredients,
- wash the container as well before using
- combine all ingredients and put them in the jar/bottle of water and place in the fridge for minimum 2 hours
- Highly recommend you to let the water stay in the fridge overnight so the flavors infuse well
- add ice cubes, that's optional
- Once the container is chilled, serve it, enjoy it and stay healthy.
- better if, consumed before workouts or going out.
